What Are ALPRs?
Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs) — including Flock Safety cameras — scan and record every license plate that passes by. In Arizona, these cameras are being deployed across Phoenix, Tucson, and cities statewide, creating a permanent record of every driver's movements with no warrant required.
DeFlock Arizona coordinates local organizations in cities across the state to challenge this surveillance. We're part of the national DeFlock movement.
